David Kabonge - Lead Administrator
DAVID has served with HEED since 2010 and brings his invaluable wisdom and leadership to his role as our Lead Administrator. David is married to Catherine and they are blessed with two children. He studied accounting and then followed the Lord’s call for service and ministry to children with our partner ministry UCOM, where he leads the Feed His Lambs Ministry. David has parented and mentored hundreds of children throughout Uganda and is passionate about raising others into their calling. David serves on the worship team at his church as well as in various other leadership roles.
Tom Kairu - Engineer Building & Maintenance
THOMAS serves as the Projects, Building and Maintenance Engineer for HEED Children. Tom is a committed Christian who is happily married with five children. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from Ndejje University and a Master's Degree in Building and Civil Engineering from Uganda Polytechnic Kyambogo. Tom also works for the Ministry of Education in their facilities and compliance department providing invaluable guidance to HEED as we have planned and constructed our school campuses. The quality buildings on our campuses are a testimony to Tom’s skills and integrity and serve as a witness throughout the region. Tom enjoys being part of the “HEED Story” that is unfolding in the lives of the children and community in Kyakitanga.

Jotham Mussime Head Teacher - Head Teacher Ebenezer International High School
JOTHAM is a seasoned teacher and the Head Teacher of Ebenezer International High School. He has a Bachelor's of Science with Education Degree from Kyambogo University and is currently pursuing his master's degree. He is happily married to Ninsiima Aidah, a proud father of two and above all, a born again Christian with a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. Jotham has a decade of experience working with young people and takes pride in helping disciple them as well as helping them discover and shape their unique God-given abilities. Outside of work, Jotham enjoys a good book binge but can also be found on long bike rides on hilly country roads with family and friends.

Robinah Nalugya - Head Teacher Ebenezer Junior School
ROBINAH is married with four children and an experienced teacher and administrator who advocates for student programs focused on raising academic levels, developing life skills, training educators, and involving the community in the school. She has used her leadership to serve with integrity in Uganda and Rwanda. She holds a Bachelor's Degree from Makerere University, several Bible College diplomas, and a certificate in school governance. She has found that HEED is a place for growing and serving together as a team to further the kingdom of God.
